Job Profile:
Overseeing of whole Branch Administration and coordinating with department managers and staff.
Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch.
Setting the sales targets and formulating business development strategies for the Team.
Meet and exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual - Territory Sales Targets
Monitor closer Delivery performance in Customer Portals to assure meet Delivery performance Goals of the company. Provide Weekly updates to the organization.
Check the equipment to be used to make sure it is in the best working order.
Maintain manage relationship with the clients and drive various development projects.
Understand the growth plans of the customer by maintaining the close contact with the key persons.
Keep customers informed about the new products /application development and other industry development
Partner with Sales and Transportation departments to improve efficiencies in supply chain management by improving customer service and reducing shipping costs.
* Provide accurate coordination of production & QC data to manage
* Work with Packing staff to ensure orders are pack according the shipment cut-off timing
* Document and maintain all records of loads daily, as well as rework done
* Perform safety inspections
Timely submission of Monthly/weekly/daily MIS reports to Head Office - Report on Sales, Collections, cash and bank position, Inventory position, staff performance, Variance Reports, Projected Sales and Cash Flow.
