● Acquire clients, negotiate and sell JoinEight’s ATS product(Human Resource SaaS).
● Present the company to potential clients. Run sales cycle from researching prospects to cold calling, in-person meetings, pitching, consulting, negotiating and closing deals.

After 6 months, I was promoted to do a life cycle of sales which includes business development:
● I'm responsible for pipeline management and forecasting that I report directly to our CEO.
● Developing and nurturing ongoing relationships with a diverse portfolio of scaleups and mid-size companies, to make their recruiting and hiring process more efficient.
● Responsible for all facets of customer account management with upsells of current functionality and
cross-selling of new functionality and services.
● Pro-actively monitored and managed client urgent issues by parallelly working closely with product, R&D & automation teams on new requirements.
