•HR & Admin Functions - Ofice Management, Company Trade license/Chamber of commerce renewals, New Joiners, Medicals and Trainings, Visa process in & cancellations etc.
•Staf Accommodations -Managing existing and sourcing of new accommodations as per company requirements, Contracts, registrations, security, Furnishings, allotments, Utilities, Maintenance works etc.
•Staf Transportation - Planning, rosters, staf in & out movements to outlets/Ofice etc
•Vendor Management - Contracts, Procurement of white goods, furniture, cutlery/crockeries etc, payables.
•Fleet Management - Purchases, Insurance, registrations, renewals, Maintenance etc
•Event Support - Marketing events / Corporate events, staf movements & logistics
