• Participation in Plot plan, 3D Model 30%, 60% and 90% reviews, design reviews, and
technical workshops. Design optimization for Refinery facilities technical coordination
with other discipline.
• Coordinate technical reviews and evaluation during vendor prequalification, bid
evaluation, and performance evaluation, mentor role to develop Omani Nationals junior
engineers. Technical Queries, Design change notes, Technical documents review for
alternate Designs and latest Construction materials.
• Participating in key design reviews such as P&ID reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL model
reviews. Company HSE standards, Technical Bid evaluations, Technical Quarries,
technical Deviation Requests, Project deliverables review matrix etc.,
• Analyze disputed item from technical and contractual aspects and prepare required
official response. Participating in PMT /EPC Contractor weekly and Monthly
Engineering Technical and progress review meetings. Training to Young Omani
Civil/Structural Engineers.
• Excellent Knowledge and use of ACI 318, ACI 350, AISC 360 codes, British Codes BS
(Concrete & Steel), ASCE 7-05, ASTM, AISC, AASHTO, IBC-2014, UBC-2012, ANSI,

Associated Gas OAG Project Offshore (Das Island) Civil & Structural Engineering services,
responsible for Project EPC Engineering Contractors Detailed Design approvals, PMC
Engineering management and Construction QA/QC quality approvals to ensure that in
compliance with contract SOW, International standards and Project Specifications. Das
Island Hydrocarbon LNG Jetty Refurbishment Engineering, e- MOC management of
change, Construction Mechanical completion, commissioning and project Closeout.

for Offshore Associated Gas (OAG) processing plant facilities, pipe racks,

procedures regulations and objectives as they relate to LNG Projects execution and

• Participating in ADGAS Oil & Gas major Capital Projects HAZID, HAZOP and SIL
review sessions and provide Civil/Structural inputs to reports.

Engineering Detailed design, Procurement and Construction management. EPCm Service
contractor’s Engineering Design approvals to ensure that in compliance with contract SOW
requirements and RASGAS Company EXONMOBIL standards and specifications.
Project : Kauther Depletion compressor Project
Location : OMAN - MUSCAT
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Civil & Structural Engineer, leading a team of Civil/Structural Engineers, Designers
for Front End Engineering design and Detailed Design of SHELL Petroleum Development
Oman PDO Oil and Gas LNG Industrial green field and Brown field projects, Pipelines and
Gathering stations, Tank farm Crude Oil storage tanks, Water and Steam Injection
projects. Lead Civil Engineer for SOHAR Port Development and Aluminum Smelter Project
Admin building, Warehouse, HV&LV Substations and elevated structural steel walkways.
Liaise with PDO company Engineers for design approvals.
• EPC Engineering detailed design drawings, Calculations, specifications, Construction

Lead Civil & Structural Engineer for EPC project Engineering and Construction
Management of SHELL HAZIRA Port LNG receiving Terminal with a capacity of 5million
tons per annum, 2 full containment LNG Storage tanks each capacity of 160, 000m3, re-
gasification facilities and 1.3km jetty with 760ton/hr berthing facilities. 200MW Power
Project Civil/ Structural Engineering and Construction management. EPC Engineering and
Construction Management and supervision of LNG tank pile foundations, pile cap, Tank
insulated concrete walls and roof elements as per IFC design and detail construction
drawings.
• Detailed Engineering and Construction co-ordination and supervision of HAZIRA
LNG plant receiving terminal, Port facilities Port Control & security buildings,
Container Staking yard, Container Crane support Structure and Bulk Terminal Yard
