 Installation and commissioning of modern ceramic Tiles factory machines.
 Prepare and monitor the CLTI daily check list, preventive maintenance and lubrication scheduling to each machine.
 Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the ceramic industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance
 Working with SAP, PM role system.
 Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems.
 Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce maintenance costs.
 To ensure the production target to keep the machine as limited down time to do planed maintenance and avoid the break down time by using analysis tool.
 Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
 Implements and processes and procedures required to ensure 5S system.
 Direct and monitor department’s budget;
 Inventory control and reducing consumption of maintenance tools and spares.
 Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures

❖ To check the machine and mechanical equipment's with running condition every day in all Departments (Slip house, Press, Glaze line, Kiln, Polishing, Automobiles & Other Utilities)
❖ To ensure the production target to keep the machine as limited down time or avoid the down time.
❖ To attend the trouble shooting in equipment like belt conveyors, moving trolley conveyors, silos, gear box, roto pump, Diaphragm pump, piston pump, vibrating sieve, stirrer tank, hot air generator, ball mill, spray drier, etc., From Slip house Department as per request of production dept.
❖ In press Department we have to maintain the equipments like NASSETTI 1500 press, NASSETTI 401 press, chilling plant, cooling tower fans, water circulation pump, horizontal drier, dust collector, bucket elevator, etc.,
❖ Some mechanical problems from glaze line like belt drives, pulley drive, glaze line drive, ATM, Glaze booth & Blower unit, water spraying system, screen-printing unit, compensator, rollermatic loading & unloading unit can be solved.
❖ As for as kiln department is concern we have to maintain the following equipments such as main gear box, additional gearbox, main burner, radiant burner, chimney fan, combustion fan, direct cooling fan, cooling suction fan, additional cooling fan, etc.,
❖ Also attend problems from polishing department in calibration machines, six head leveling machines, twelve head leveling machine, twenty head polishing machine, squaring machine, centering unit, pusher unit, air Blower, heater, tile turner unit, "v"belt line drive, Promac machine, tecnoma machine, etc.,
❖ Finally to check the machine and mechanical equipment's like compressors, 515 KVA & 860 KVA generators, cooling tower fans, water supply pumps & dewatering pumps, LDO tank, HSD tank, diesel storage sub tank, Bore well pump, overhead tank, etc.,
❖ Maintenance of Wheel loader, forklift & tempo travelers in automobile section.
❖ To be prepare the preventive maintenance and lubrication scheduling to each machine.
❖ To prepare purchase request and follow up with purchase dept, time to time.
❖ To prepare inspection or check list scheduled for each machines.
❖ Inventory control of maintenance tools and spare.
❖ To be reporting the maintenance status to the Superior every day.

❖ Especially Maintenance of agitators, blowers, submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, compressor, conveyors and all type of valves & actuators.
❖ Maintenance of wheel loader & forklift.
❖ PLC (siemens) Operation & Maintenance including advanced auto loops with PCIM software.
❖ Regulation of manpower.

❖ Reviewing Engineering Drawings.
❖ Material Take off from Drawing.
❖ Checking BOQ and material availability.
❖ Procurement of materials and material managements at site.
❖ Arrangement of welding test at site.
❖ Supervision of Erection.

❖ Servicing and Trouble shooting of Actuators and Gearboxes according to service order.
❖ Erection and commissioning of Actuator and Gearboxes.
❖ Maintenance of Actuator & Gearboxes according to maintenance schedule.
❖ Cable laying and Electrically connecting actuators with Local/Remote operating control circuit.
❖ Actuator designing and torque range calculating for existing valves, dampers and gates.
