To receive the design of carpet from design department using floppy or memory disk, and installing that design into the machine
•To prepare the machine schedule for urgent/ ordinary order of rugs or rolls with respective number of quantities
•During the machine scheduling time I should calculate the length and width of the rugs and roll then fix the gear pick of the weaving machine by following standard quality sheet
•To be monitoring every hour production of the machine and inspect the quality of the carpet
•If any production stoppages (Electrical or Mechanical problem) trying to solve or immediately inform to oriented department
•To be cross check the bar coating process for finishing department and co-ordinate (man power handling) the packing line work
•Every weekend to be cross check the yarn and jute quantity into the store by using regular monitoring sheet
