Responsibilities:
Wadi al sail Lusail residential Development (LREDC & Qatari Diar Project): I am working as a senior
architect for a residential project in lusail area including Architectural/interiors (Reviewing
materials/shop drawings/site visits / mock inspections, etc.)
Marina Mix 12F - Multiuse Development (Rosewood Hotel - Doha):
* Review Tender & IFC drawings, to ensure constructability issues are identified and
reported.
* Design development for the first (Unitized Curtainwall) and second skin (GRP - pattern)
with Architectural Design Team, Façade specialist, and contractor including & site
execution at site.
* Respond to Requests for Information related to specifications, drawings, etc. to be
responded to with the proposed solutions in coordination with Design Team /concerned

Qatar for KDO Private Residence
project & Hermas Development to coordinate with the Client, Lead Design architects, Main
Contractors, and Subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
• Developing the design with DIWAN design office / interior design consultant (3BIS - France)
for the design changes in accordance with site execution.
• Reviewing materials submittals / interior shop drawings and architectural technical
submittals.
• Responding to interior/architecture RFI’s in coordination with other services & trades.
• Supervising all interior/architectural works at site.
• Lead the coordination process with other disciplines for all interior spaces especially the
structure / Architecture and MEP.
• Reviewing contractor’s claims for interior/architectural technical & commercial proposals
and preparing recommendations to Project Manager for client approval.
• Visit manufacturers/suppliers’ factories to ensure material quality as per project
requirements/standards.
• Inspecting delivered materials per quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Monitoring the interior/architectural works in line with the approved baseline program and
highlighting the pending engineering/site works in progress meetings.
• Close Liaison with the Design office for incorporating the changes in Authority modification
approval till the final completion certificate.
• Inspecting the completed works and monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning, and
handover of the interior/architectural works.
• Signing off on completed interior architectural works with completed documentation.
• Perform all other duties given by Project Manager.
• Experience in managing time, cost, and quality in engineering projects within multiple
project environments as per FIDIC - conditions of contract

Doha Group of Contracting, Qatar, and coordinated for
American Hospital, Lusail with Architectural Consultants, Project Management consultants, and
various stakeholders of the project.

Responsibilities:
* Initiation of Project documentation system and directory.
* Review the Revit model & IFC Architectural drawings with MEP, Structure, infrastructure
drawings, specification, Hospital specialist furniture layout, and services.
* Coordinating with hospital specialty contractors for equipment and special items.
* Change orders of the material specifications towards achieving the value engineering ideas.

My work includes a Detail Project Report (DPR) for Industrial Steel Structures in six locations of Army
base workshops, an Architectural design competition for the Central University of Jammu, Central
University of Orissa, Central University of Karnataka, Central University of Kerala, Karnataka Housing
Board.
Central University of Karnataka: About 630 acres of campus consist of admin, 23 departments,
faculty & staff Quarters, Girls & Students, hostels, and other amenities for 1st & 2nd phases, and the
project cost is US$ 400 million.
Responsibilities:
* Providing technical design solutions to any problems encountered on site with a focus on the
construction phases of development
* Design briefs for clients and contractors when required.
* Quality checking / Quality auditing giving guidance to site engineers.
* Raising the NCR to PMC/Contactors.
* On-site coordination of water supply, electrical, HVAC, Interiors, landscape, external
development, and bulk services.
* Approving the mockup/materials submitted by Contractors
* Tender drawings preparations, contractor queries, and new phase project takeups from the
client.
* Discuss with department heads to satisfy their internal service requirements.
* Monthly review meetings with clients and external committee members, PMC, and
Contractors.
Multi-level Car parking at Siruseri, Chennai: Concept design to detail design of car parking
structure with ground floor shopping complex in Chennai. The site area is 4.19 acres and the total
built-up area is 43150 Sq.m. The facilities consist of two automatic parking towers, a restaurant, a
landscape area, a shopping area, bus parking area with infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve the max FAR and follow design parameters as per CMDA regulations.
* Coordinate with automatic parking tower vendors for standard design and custom design
proposals.
* Approval from government clients with a feasible requirement of the surrounding area to
generate the revenue.
Integrated Bus Terminal at Vellalore, Coimbatore: Concept to detail design for the integration of 5
bus stands in Coimbatore. The project area is 67 acres, budget of US $ 240milion. The facilities
consist of mofussil, Omni, city bus terminals, alighting bays, skywalk, ramp, idle parking, multi-level
car parking, Public services, auto/ taxi parking, and complete infrastructure.
Regional Cancer Center: Concept Design and detail design for 10 acres of land with 10 floors of
100 bedded cancer specialty hospital in Trivandrum

Responsible for Designing, Development, Client meetings, and Co-ordination with Consultant of IT,
hospitality, and commercial projects including:

Rohan Vasantha Residential project at Bangalore: I was working on the Detail Design and
coordination with sub-consultants, Suppliers, authority liaison, and MEP.
Vaswani Row housing project at Bangalore: Worked as detail design architect coordinated with
outside sub-consultants like structure, landscape, and MEP.
