2.Submitting the AMC contract on time and following them with the client for the payment.
3.Maintaining the elevator by allocating the technicians and supplying the PPM materials.
4.To show the good quality of the product to the clients by maintenance and also giving priority to the call
back.
5.Preparing PCB indent when it is needed with proper analysis and responding on time for each and
every call back.
6.Maintaining service sheet and technicians attendance similarly, also tracking the route process.
7.Inviting the Quality Audit to site and submitting the closure for QC report.
8.Creating the AMC contract with the good profit percentage, and creating quote in SAP.
9.Following the service orders on a flow and also the payment with the clients.
10.Handling the situation of negotiation during the submission of AMC offer and make it into contract.
11.Non price visit to meet the customer and understanding them.
