 Associated Modification on the panels like replacing the LV front door and new wiring are to be carried out.

Technical Responsibilities as Electrical Engineer

 Install electrical system in factories, office buildings, homes, and other structures.
 Read and interpret drawings and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installation.
 Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.
 Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.
 Maintain, repair, install and test switchgears, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators and reactors.
 Maintain repair, test and install electrical motors, generators and pneumatic electrical control systems.
 Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial electrical and electronic control systems and devices.
 Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.

• Electrical installation of Lighting, Power, Control Panels, Distribution Boards, Busbar, Trunking and Earthing works for Multistory Buildings.
• Installations of Bus duct, G.I. Trucking, Cable trays, Switch Boards and Underground Cables for Industrial type Buildings.
• Lighting Lux and Voltage drop calculations, Lighting protection Devices installations.
• Design and Preparation of shop drawings, such as Physical layout, Single Line diagram, Load Schedule, Earthing layout etc.
• Testing and Commissioning of all types of electrical installations.

• Responsible for the design, procurement and execution of all electrical services in various projects.
• Prepare tender packages and assign subcontractors.
• Preparation of Charts & Programms for procurement submittals, drawings etc.
• Preparation of Material Submittal, Method Statements, labor and material planning.
• Supervision for procurement, preparation of daily / weekly / montly progress reports.
• Control the preparation of electrical shop drawings & implement Charges in services to suit actual project condition, authority regulations and other services of the project.
• Responsible for execution of day to day activities related electrical installations.
• Monitor labour productivity and installation progress, and modify to meet main program and target.
• Follow up with Authorities during preparation of shop drawings still final handing over of the prioject.
• Preparation of inspection and test plan, method statements, pre- Commissioning / commissioning check lists, testing procedures and test certificates following the guildelines of the client Engineers, specification requirement integrated with company’s Quality system.
• Attend regular site progress meetings with Consultant and Main Contractors, in addition to co-ordination with other sub-contractors on site.

• Knowledge of engineering theory, design parameters and applicable codes & regulations.
• Knowledge of major utilities operations and engineering, data processing engineering applications and value engineering.
• Ability to work independently on major engineering projects.
• Ability to prepare Quality survey, estimation for the projects and to prepare tender packages and assign subcontractors.
• Ability to direct, evaluate and elicit the cooperation of others.
• Ability to compose clear and accurate technical reports, communicate with oters and to assimilate and understand information in a manner consistent with the essential job function.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with other departments and outside agents and to understand and verbalize the issues both inwriting and orally.
