CONVERSION MODELING 2D TO 3D ROOM PILLAR AND ERS
Roles and Responsibilities:
•2D TO 3D Modeling and drafting using tool of CREO 2.0.
•Responsibility includes scope definition.
•Project planning & tracking project deliveries.

•Cleansing activities of Structural models and assembly in HEX.
•Drawing preparation and checking BOM in HEX M/C.
•Quality checking of Structural assembly & drawing.
•Quality analysis of Structural assembly & drawing. Creo models with Teamcenter end user only.
•GPGR Publish activity in team center.
•GPGR Report validation activity.
•Familiar with family table generic to instances conversion parts.
•Family table parts published in team center activity.

New Product design and development for solid Modeling and detailing.
•Non parametric model Convert to parametric model.
•Creating a weldment drawing for large assemblies.
•Creating drawing with GD&T for all manufacturing parts.
•Resolving Queries within the team.
•Co-ordinate with process partner project execution and team management.
•Modification of the design intent as per customer requirement.
Design and development of Agriculture Rotor shaft.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Design & Development of solid & sheet metal Parts.
•3D modeling in new product development using Catia V5.
•Doing draft analysis creating parting line for designing.
•Design and development of structural assembly using solid and sheet metal modeling techniques.
•Use of CATIA-V5 and UG-NX tool design.
•Part Feasibility Review.
•Creation of 2D drawings from 3D Models and applying GD & T to 2D drawings.
•Detailing and BOM preparation of the components and assembly.
•Design a component as per supplier requirement.
•Responsible for the part modification & Modified drawing issue.
•Creating NPD documents to catch the changes in revised drawings.
•Handled and completed structural projects in agriculture farms implements parts.
•Preparation of Catia V5 modeling for suppliers components.
•Participate in designing & developing proto tools & component.
•Responsible for shop floor trail & problem solving at fields.
Properly training given on multiple software like Catia V5, UG NX9, Creo 2.0 and Autocad (2009, 2010.
•Carry out drawing works and submit in time.
•Identifying Problem in parts and molding conditions and prepares proposals to resolve problems.
•Checking Part for Manufacturing feasibility.
•To prepare the training materials for trainees on cad and planning software.
•Generation of 3D drawing from data taken with proper GD&T symbols.
•Development view creative in software tools.
