Responsible for the design review of the IT, Telecom, ELV, Security and Fire Alarm
services.
• Participation in design review meetings and workshops. If required.
• Preparation of meeting records, design review and design progress reports.
• Liaise with Local suppliers / Contractors to ensure adherence to standards and scope
of works required by client.
• Coordinate with design managers undertaking close-out work in all stages of the
design development.

statements and the like
• Provide value engineering and constructability advice on ELV systems
• Coordinate and review interface documentation
• Manage, schedule and monitor the implementation of Access Control, CCTV and
Structured Cabling systems.
• Lead and guide site engineers and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC procedures
• Manage project documentation including shop drawings, material submittals, bill
certification, measurements, as built drawings, O&M manuals and handover
documentation

• Supervise manufacturing as required, carry out factory acceptance tests

• Organize and coordinate ELV subcontractor planning, logistics and scheduling
prior to construction activities
• Report on all aspects of ELV work at weekly project management meetings
• Coordinate the ELV subcontractor submitted schedules with the Project Execution
Schedule (PES)
• Review progress reports and take appropriate actions to recover time, cost or
quality issues
• Update management on risks to project completion and provide risk mitigation
strategies
• Coordinate the ELV testing and commissioning activities with testing agencies
