• Possess excellent knowledge of plant automation and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Mark VIe
• Implementing management policies, plans and tasks in accordance with safety and environmental standards. Controlling PTWs and dealing with all maintenance trades accomplishing the task. Senior Authorized Tagger (LOTO), SIL and HAZOP studying the projects/modifications and submitting the reports. Department Budget Planning, shutdown allocations and Financial control.
• Monitoring and Problem solving the DCS & Mark VIe Panel Operations, and troubleshooting the operational problems. Successfully handled emergencies and safe startups and shut downs of plant from DCS & Mark VIe. Responsible for 220 kV bus bar/feeders operation and power distribution/transmission.
• Responsible for man power planning & controlling, energy calculations, daily operation reports etc
Senior shift charge engineer to monitor and control 272 MW CCPP including utilities. Issuing Work permits, positive isolating the equipment, 220 kV electrical isolation, start ups / shutdowns. Preparing energy reports, daily operational reports, monthly energy bills, performance calculations. Involving in shutdown planing and start up schedules. Following and implementing the quality, safety and environmental standards. Man power planning and training the employees.
DCS - PANEL OPERATOR - 1 (HONEYWELL Experion) & ACTING TEAM LEADER
Power Generation and utility facilities - auxiliary boilers (MACCHI Italy), Gas turbines (GE MS6001B MARK Vie, Rolls Royce Avon), HRSG (MACCHI), Steam Turbine Generator (NUOVO PIGNONE), Desalination, CCW, Cooling Towers, Demin Water, Nitrogen units
