Responsible for achieving key KPI’s (Monthly & Yearly targets, Conversion, ATV & UPT)
With the store size of +30k SQFT
Responsible for organizing and managing the 8 departments in the store.
Making weekly staff Rota for smooth operation of store.
Weekly Indenting to make sure all required products are available in store
Manages customer relations.
Controls merchandising activities and maintains the image of the store.
To ensure maximum control of the shrinkage and product handling
Reviewing performance of staff to help them improve on weak areas
Developing marketing plans to drive volumes & generate sales
Monitoring inventory management systems like stock availability, order management, back store
management, stock consolidation and transfer, also ensuring on time stock count and stock management
Providing regular product feedback to the senior management and buying department
Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping update of market trends and
competitor’s moves to achieve maximum market share.
