I have done training on Mechanical seals.

learned to Dismantle, Assemble the Mechanical seals by seeing the drawing.

After Dismantling I used to inspect each and every part inside the mechanical seal and under the type of damage if there are any like chemical attack, poor lubrication, scuffing amrks Etc.

After the visual Inspection is done, the I used to clean the body of the seal and change the internal replacable spare parts.

Once after I have chnage the internal spare parts, I will start assembling and then I will do the leakage test on the approved leakage teating machine at 5bar pressure for 10-15minutes and will observe if there is any leakages.

once after this Test is done I will do packaging for the seal.
