Access and Identity Management (AIM),
-Identity Governance,

Identity and Access Management:
Onboarding:
To ensure users are provisioned (On boarded) in Identity Lifecycle Manager, Courion(Core Security).
To ensure all the connectors like AD, LDAP, HR, etc. are present in ILM.
To ensure all access like AD, O365, Skype, PeopleSoft are set for the user after on boarding.
To maintain incident workflows using Ultimus process administrator tool.
To create LDAP accounts wherever required.

Termination:
To ensure users are terminated based on input from HR DB.
To manually disable their NT and administrative accounts in missed cases due to valid reasons.
To remove users from security groups they belong to.
To ensure their O365, Skype accounts are disabled while termination.

Identity Governance:
To create, modify and maintain role based access control.
To define roles in CAP (proprietary tool) using Oracle PlSql.
To create multi-layer approval pattern based on role definition.
To maintain role matrix with details of Applications, roles, application owners and user list.
To conduct audit and reconcile the role based access, user list with the help of application owners.
To generate reports for external and internal audits and thereby optimize process.

Privileged Access Management:
To create and maintain administrative accounts in AD.
To create and maintain security groups, service accounts in AD.
To grant access to Windows/Linux servers.
To generate reports for SOX audits.

ITIL:
Monitoring HP service manager ticketing tool to ensure tickets are processed within SLA.
To initiate an action plan and to involve stakeholders to resolve incidents within defined SLA.
Involved in knowledge management and created many knowledge articles.

Global Access Management:
Creating & Managing Active Directory Accounts.
Creating & managing Distribution Lists.
Modifying Network Folder Permissions.
Modify permissions on Distribution Groups.
Creating shared mailbox account & managing permissions.
Creating shared calendar and managing permissions
Creating public folders and applying permissions.
Email Address Changes.
Enabling and Disabling Email Forwarding.
