• Performing scheduled maintenance services, such as oil changes, filters replacement lubrication and engine tune ups, to achieve smoother running of engine and ensure compliance with pollution regulations.
• Removing re-fitting Fuel pumps, feed pump, engine lubrication systems/cooling and climate control components after dismantling inspecting reconditioning/replacing damaged parts.
• Dismantling, reconditioning/replacing damaged parts, assembling and adjusting tune up of the engine using guidelines and specifications prescribed by the manufacturer in the respective workshop manuals. Then testing the assembled engines on the test bench.
• Performed periodic service maintenance of vehicles as per manufacturer recommended schedules such as Changing oil to engine, gearbox, differential axle and power steering box, engine and diesel oil filters changing, lubricating to all lubricants points and carrying out electrical repair.
• Vehicle inspection using hydraulic, pneumatic, manual jacks/hoist removing and re-installing of steering, suspension, clutch cover assembly, gearbox, Propeller shaft and universal joint, front and drive axle assembly after repairs and reconditioning/replacing of defective parts.
• Applying grease to wheel bearings as per recommended scheduled period of manufacture and also changing brake shoes whenever needed.
• Liaising with our corporation drivers for complaint resolutions, test drive of vehicle for fault diagnosing, suspension testing, brake testing, Steering wandering testing and carrying out the repair/replacement of defective parts.
• Dismantling and removing engine assemblies on all kind of vehicles and other components, and inspecting parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Assigned the tasks of disassembling and reinstalling vehicle components.

• Reporting to the maintenance supervisor ensure a high level of professional and work ethic.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting of malfunctions, repairing and maintenance service for all diesel and gasoline-powered engines both of mechanical and electrical.
• Preventive maintenance and inspection of all vehicles fuel pumps, air compressors and motors.
• Ensure that all relevant safety procedures have been followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Performed diagnosing, troubleshooting, malfunctions, repairing and maintenance service for diesel and gasoline-powered heavy duty engines experience in mechanical and electrical.
• Well experience in installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of major brand diesel engine system and generator engines, pumps and hydraulic systems.
• Performed all kind of diesel and petrol powered automobiles such as heavy trucks, tractors, bulldozers, forklifts and excavators.
• Maintenance, Repair and service of Cat marine generators activities of ongoing assigned duties repair ships.
• Determine appropriate sources for contract maintenance work, inspect work for satisfactory performance.
• Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including personal safety equipment.
• Perform other duties when required.

• Diagnoses malfunctions and performs heavy vehicle repairs such as adjust/test steering, electrical, cooling, lubricating, braking systems, drive trains, suspensions, power steering units, clutches, transmissions and oil, temperature, gas regulating components.
• Well known Fuel injection systems, Cooling systems, Lubrication systems, Engine control systems, Major internal engine repairs or overhaul.
• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, Determine extent of repair required, Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, Test repaired equipment for proper performance, clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work, Service attachments and working tools, verify and repair emission control systems.
• Knowledge of all kind of diesel and petrol powered automobiles such as heavy trucks, tractors, bulldozers, forklifts and excavators.
• Well known valve lashing, electronic Injector Adjustment for diesel and gasoline Engines, Generators and heavy equipment as per makers recommended.
• Test-drives vehicles to ensure repair resolved the problem before delivery.
• Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.

• Erection & alignment of generators & Pumps perform the extended load test on generators.
• To make log maintenance of Gen set’s and Related Equipment’s.
• Maintenance of company equipment and machines.
• To check preventive maintenance of Gen set’s.
• Help to senior Technician whenever they service during while.
• Ensure compliance with applicable governing polices and regulation.
• Co-operating with co-workers.
