Supervise & manage the accounting and financial reporting of the company in line with group accounting
principles, and ensure integrity of the reporting vis-à-vis financial data.
Prepared complete set of standalone or consolidated financial statements for 12 entities in the Middle East and
Africa Region and verified income tax calculation for local income tax return purposes.
Ensuring smooth and adequate Cash flows for a seamless operation, Banking, Treasury Operations & relationship
