Responsibilities: -
• To prepare primary, secondary structure & Tertiary modeling to layout & details of plan, framing & elevations, mud mat details layout, MLS conductor guide, leg transition details, crown piece, piles, pile guide, lift pad arrangements, boat landing arrangements, king post arrangement, rub strip arrangement, over board ladder details, warning sign board, walkway arrangements, barge bumper & tide guide details, J-tube, drill deck arrangement, deck stabbing, deck plating & HR, anode, monel sheeting arrangements, misc. pipe supports details, battery drain drum supports, to make or model standard drawings, typical welding, bollard, number plate lettering. All connection of tubular joints, anode etc.
• Overall Project modelling part is handled. To handle overall project Modelling part is doing. On time model review is submitted. Different conversions from E3d to Other files like MTO, another format etc. Attend the meetings with Client/Internal for issue of query. To do the work smoothly as per project standards. I respect and follow the company polices. E3d modeling of structure convert as drawings. Modelling parts of work done like Foundation, columns, platforms, staircases, steps, Cat ladder, roof structures, sumps, cable trays support, piping supports.
• Issuing of drawings as per Client process procedure like IDC, IFT, IFC & AFC.
Responsibilities: -
• Documentation: Responsible for accuracy and quality of drawings. Reviews status of checklists and standard letters as the project progresses. Has solid understanding of the delivery types and their implications on the design process. Understands the design time requirements corresponding to the various delivery types. MTO reports developed.
• Software Design: To modeling of all Civil works - Buildings of reactor plant, blender house plant, warehouse plant, maintenance, substation, guard house, Administration & control bldg., dry material store etc., foundations of vessel, pump, bund wall, all steel structure etc., ramps, paving, roads, trenches, loading bays etc. To modeling of all steel structures - Pipe rack structures, tech structures, sheds, grating, platforms, handrails, staircases, cat ladders, fencing, Main entrance gates, pipe sleepers, canopy, Hatches, Pipe supports etc.
• Other Activities: Reviews schedule/progress with Project Engineers and Project Managers. Discussions with all other discipline. Attend of the meetings. Other projects are handled in required time.
Responsibilities: -
• Secondary structure & Tertiary structures, Deck structures, Documentation as per company standard, modeling & drafting as per project standard, Main soft copy filling processor, follow the as per company standards etc.
• To preparing Modeling & Drafting Secondary Deck structure - Modeling and Drafting of Full Insert flange plates, ½ Insert flange plates, Wing plates, Deck plate cut-out around primary/Secondary/Tertiary columns, Hatch, removal panel of single, multiple, alternate, typical equipment supports, monorail structures, typical connections etc.
• To preparing Modeling & Drafting Tertiary Deck structure - Modeling and drafting of typical staircase, Handrails of temporarily, top mounted, removal side mounted, typical external walkway, Grating, Ladder, Self closing gate, crash barrier, typical heavy duty handrails, bracket supports for primary structures etc.
Responsibilities:
• Documentation works: Preparing of correspondence, Preparing Transmittal form for issued/received drawings, Submission of shop drawings/Proposal drawings/As built drawings, the subcontractor drawings verified, Approved drawing issue to site or subcontractor, Issued to drawing to subcontractor for Quotation, Attend to meetings, Calculation of Quantities, Technical queries issues etc.
• Type of Drawings: Proposal, Single diagram, Conceptual, Shop drawings, working drawings, As built drawings etc.
• Preparing of Shop drawings of Flooring layout, Glass partition, interlock walkway layout, Road marking with traffic sign, GRC, External wall cladding, Corian top, Fence details, Landscaping, Shaded car park layout, Road details, Kerb stone, Hoarding, NGL & FGL details, Soil filling/cutting details, Counter top, Lift cladding, Shuttering works, Safety Hazard, Retaining wall, Gas trench, Culverts, Setting out plan, Wooden warobe/Doors, Stone pitching, Gypsum partition, waterproofing, Drain channel, Hump, Piles, White cement tile layout, Gravel layout, Dog house, Pedestals, Cavity wall block work with ties, Staircases, Masurbya, Boundary walls, Scaffolding etc.
• Verify the Sub contractor drawings

Responsibilities:
• Preparation of structures (Pipe rack, Non-Pipe rack, Tech. structures, Trestle, Coolers, Shelters, Fireproofing structures, warehouse, central amenities building, Guard house, tanks etc.)
• The Modeling of primary structures & secondary structures in PDMS Worked with both module in PDMS (Design & Draft). Preparation of foundations (Equipment foundations, Pipe rack, Buildings, Trestle, stair pad, ladder pad etc.).
• Preparation of fabrication detail drawings of secondary beams, Nodes, service platforms, handrails, ladder, staircases and grating details. Pipe support GA drawings. Typical detailing of connections (Welded, bolted, splice, shear connections, moment connections, Lifting lugs, base plate, earthing boss etc.)
• Lift pit, paving, fencing, gates, manholes, septic tank etc. Issuing of drawings as per Client process procedure like IDC, IFT, IFC & AFC.
Responsibilities: -
• The Modeling of secondary structures in PDMS Worked with both module in PDMS (Design & Draft).
• Preparation of Detailed structural drawings comprising of Main Deck, Drain Deck, Top deck & Helideck Framing plans, Module supports, Plating/Grating and Handrail layouts, Joint details, Lifting Arrangement, Equipment supports, staircase & Ladders, Access platform, Node connections. Hatch cover, Safety gates, removal handrails, Monorails preparing, Heavy duty handrails etc.
• Extraction of drawings from modeling done by PDMS. The extraction used to impose on AutoCAD drawings also. Preparation of Drawings in PDMS Draft dimensions, labels, Annotations, Symbols, plans, sections, elevations for Main deck, Drain deck, Top deck, crane pedestal. Preparation of MTO reports. Preparing of As-built drawings.
• Preparation of Top chord & Bottom chord framing plan, framing elevation, joint details, plate girder details, connection details, welding details, grating layout, access walkways, lifting pad, Pin fixed end connection, Sliding end connection.
• Preparation of general arrangement drawings & Preparation of As-built drawings. Drawing checking & coordinating with fabrication supervisors & clients. Preparing of Material take off reports.
Responsibilities: -
• Structures Design/ drafting of Main deck & Drain deck framing plans, Grating layout plan, cat ladder, Hatches drawings, Handrails, access walkways, Documentations preparation, Area & Volume Calculations, Welded connections, European standards to be followed.
• Preparing of Estimations, Area Calculations and Quantity of Material, Data Sheets etc, Site development & Area Demarcate, structural GA & detail drawings.
• Preparing Architectural Plans, Elevations & sectional views from the schematics and instructions received from the Architect.
• Working drawings, door window schedules etc. Preparing Structural drawings for R.C.C. Piles, Columns, Footing, Column & Footing Schedule, Plinth beam layout, Plinth beam details, Roof beam layout, Longitudinal Sections, Steel structures, Slab layout & Staircases, Water tanks & Septic tanks.
