Scope: Worked on BIM project-Revit modelling, coordinating with project team, issuing detail design drawing (Architecture and Interior design drawings) resolving design and technical issues, addressing client concerns and quality control.

Managed Warba bank interior projects in many places like Senabel tower (400 sqm),
Airport terminal 4(300 sqm), Farwaniya branch (300 sqm).Worked in standalone branches like
Shuhada (1, 000sqm), Kifan (900 sqm) and Jaber al Ali (1, 000 sqm) branches.
Scope: Involved in all stages of project. Responsible for conceptual design, preparation of complete
package of tender drawings, bill of quantities, Specification, comparison report, finalization of contract,
site coordination, handling of bills and variation order.
Sports training club, Jahra, Kuwait
Sports training complex of 10, 000 sqm with three storied complex of various sports facilities like indoor
volley ball, hand ball, basketball, squash, fencing and health club.
Scope: Responsible for finalizing the design requirements and area feasibility Study, conceptual design,
coordination with all services consultants for detail drawings (mechanical, electrical and structural).

1, 000 sqm of Canteen and commercial area inside the existing pharmaceutical factory.
Scope: Involved in conceptual design, interior detailing, Coordinated with other service consultants for
working drawings and preparing tender documents for interiors.
Port service building, Raslaffan, Qatar
2, 000 sqm of blast proof service building for Qatar petroleum includes canteen, rest rooms and other
office areas.
Scope: Prepared conceptual drawings, working drawings, detailed reports (life safety reports, design
intent reports, Signage philosophy). Coordinated with other service consultants for working drawings,
Attended internal office training for NFPA 101(fire and life safety code).
Sowwah square - Galleria mall interiors, Sowwah Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE
33, 000 sqm of luxury brand retail space and entertainment facilities like ice rinks and bowling alley.
Scope: Involved in architecture and interior detailing. Coordinated with other service consultants for
working drawings and documented as built drawings.
Arzanah Mall, Abu Dhabi, UAE
150, 000 sqm of retail luxury brand shopping mall with food court, entertainment center like ice rink,
bowling alley.
Scope: Assisted architectural design head in conceptual design development &presentation drawings.

Scope: Involved in Schematic design development, coordinated with the client and education consultant's
team, designed and detailed overall site planning & spatial planning of each block. Prepared AICTE
(All India council of technical education-education governing body) documents, Statutory and working
drawings .Involved in floating of tender, negotiation and finalization of contracts.
Assetmax India put ltd, Pondicherry, India
3, 370 sqm warehouse, 285 sqm administrative block and other service areas.
Scope: Responsible for overall layout preparation, site detailing and designing, coordination with
pre engineering building contractors, other consultants and Site engineers. Periodic site inspection
to verify project progress.
NVH India private ltd (factory cum warehouse), Chennai, India
2, 650 sqm of warehouse, 1, 530 sqm of administrative block and other service blocks.
Scope: Sketched architectural layout, Produced detailed working drawings and statutory
drawings, interior detailing of administration block, periodic site visits and certification of interim and
final bills for interiors of administration block.
TTK factory’s administrative block, Sipcot industrial park, Chennai, India
400 sqm administrative block expansion for factory building. Joined as a junior architect at site.
