Roles Performed:
• To plan/organize safe, efficient and cost effective logistics operation including inbound/outbound, storage and transportation.
• Monitor product import and export process to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Create invoice, packing list and other documents which are required for outgoing shipments such as Certificate of origin from Dubai chamber, SGS, Insurance, Legalization, etc as per the customer requirements & Documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure Carrier compliance with company policy and procedures for product delivery.
• Monitor pending documents and transactions in the system (i.e. pending returns, material receipt, invoices etc.) and ensure all transactions are completed on time
• Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity. (Oracle Application is used)
• Trace, track and expedite purchase processes.
• Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Interact with third party logistics service providers.
• Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order.
• Organize files both manually and electronically.
