Enterprise Risk Management
• Develop Enterprise Risk Management policy and framework which includes the development of
robust scoring model for the Group.
• Develop Risk Appetite, Risk Tolerance levels and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) with associated thresholds to monitor the associated risks.
• Conduct, facilitate and manage the Annual Corporate Risk Assessments reporting for Group Board,
• Administer the Corporate Risk register to evaluate Residual Risk based on the inputs from its
subsidiaries and established a documented mitigation strategy for the associated risk identified at Corporate level.
