I WAS SO MUCH EXPOSED TO COMPUTER HARDWARE AND ALSO SOFTWARE, THIS REALLY GAVE ME CONFIDENCE TO BE A GOOD TECHNICAL PERSON BOTH IN FIELD AND WITH IN THE COMPANY.

This job was all about collecting data from the people in the field but i was using methods like interviews, observation, to perform the work well and indeed i managed to perform all the duties i was supposed to do in time as it was required by the company manager.

Networking skills, computer repairs,support desk in IT, and all IT skills i was able to learn them and i also practiced them i the field this gave me a lot of exposure to work with great and dynamic teams during field operations that i have done so far.
This diploma gave a lot of skills in networking technology and also in computer repairs and maintenance.
