RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Assist project team for completion of all project activity on time as per the contract.
 Studying of all project specification, BOQ, drawing, architectural, structural and approved drawing received and ensuring that there is no variation between them, if any variation should be discussed and resolved with the design team or Clint.
 Preparing the method statement and risk assessment for the execution of works in accordance with project quality plan and HSE
 Conduct the meeting on daily basis with project team to discuss the next day activity and previous day achievement and if any query to solve the problems,
 Attending client meetings & materials purchasing for site.
 Supervision of civil works daily basis to achieve the target on end of the day.
 Preparation of check list and getting it checked, verified and certified by the quality control to preceding work,
 Every week conducting the progress meeting with our project team and find out the way to
complete the project quickly,
 Preparation for quantities for site work activity requirement (BBS, concrete, blocks, shuttering material, etc.)
 Ensure timely availability of project material and consumables required for execution of the work by carrying out identification, quantification, raising purchase request.
 To control the wastage of material & keep safe all company materials,
 Expertise in sequence of all MEP activities from Builder's work to complete the works.
 Arrange for preparation and submission of As-built drawings
 Mobilization labor if required.
