-Cross selling for POS and Trade Finance.
-Identifying customer’s needs and opportunities in potential clients.
Major responsibilities are:
-Assist in meeting the bank’s trade and cash management products sales targets as well as
the bank’s market share.
-Extensive calling on trade clients (5/10 weeks) and structure solutions to efficiently address
their business needs in ER
-Providing full trade sales support to ER customers & optimize their satisfaction level.
-Execute the bank’s marketing strategy in the Trade and cash management sales area.
-Maintaing a health transactional turnover with an optimum utilization level of trade lines.(LC / LG/)
-Cross selling for B2B, E-banking, payroll, payroll cards, Dividends payment, collections, Cash pick up & delivery, Web payments gateway.
-Coordinate with Trade Operations in facilitating the delivery of the trade products and
services to the client and to resolve any operational issues.
-Coordinate with Cash Management Products implementation unit in facilitating the delivery
of the cash management products and resolve any operational problems.
-Coordinate with relationship managers responsible for the clients to assist the RMs in the
planning for facilities process and in assessing the clients credit risks.
-Arrange for training and awareness seminars in the Trade and Cash management business
for our clients.
-Visit prospect clients and demonstrate the trade/cash management basket of products and
services.
-Prepare monthly reports about our sales activities.
