Explore new market, develop new customers, to meet the needs of the development of
exhibition business constantly;
• With the planning of exhibition project, analyzing the sales, cost of sales, accounting dynamic
formulated and complete the sales plan.
• Maintain the cooperation relations with customer and explore the further cooperation
opportunity;
• By close communication with customers both domestic and abroad, to get the promotion
content, time and method from customer, provide the company new project proposal/sales
leads.
• Responsible for project and information collection, the customer database updates, and
completes promptly related work report;
• Monitoring the information of competitors, and complete the planning and innovation for
company's sales strategy and method.
• Provide good customer service, coordinate the relationship with customers and the functional
departments of company;
• Responsible for deal with the various problems that occurred in the exhibitions timely and
efficiently;
• Handling other daily routine matters in company
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Provide the marketing offers and utilities to the regional customers, to help them activate their markets.
- Preparation of studies and research for new markets, in order to demonstrate their suitability for achieving the plans which approved by the senior management.
- Conclude both of sales and agency agreements, and follow-up implementation.
- Participating in international exhibitions in the target regional markets, and search for potential customers, and build a business relationship with them.
- Develop the business plan, and sales strategies for each market, to ensure the goals of the company and earnings expectations.
- Innovation and coordinate plans to penetrate new markets effectively.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval based on comprehensive market knowledge, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
