Main purpose of position:
The position provide direction and support for the provision of emergency medical services
in the Emergency Department of Hospital, land ambulances throughout the Territory. Based at Mariupol the incumbent review the existing emergency services including levels of training of
community members, nurses, physicians and other medical personnel, protocols and directives for provision of emergency medical care, emergency medical care equipment and the facilities in which the care is provided. Arrange and provide support for workshops in emergency skills for physicians, nurses and allied health professionals. Act as liaison with Donetsk State Medical University to enhance emergency skills for the nursing program and explore development of paramedic training programs for Donetsk Regional Government Administration.
