Responsibility as an HSEC Officer
Reporting to -HSEC Superintendent about the day to day activities like,
• Every roster refreshing training in VMP, CMP, PMP for all drivers and cooks
• Monthly checks for First Aid kit in all vehicles Expire of medicines and missing Medicines & replace it
• Monthly checks in Camps Trauma Kit and stretcher Check & replace it.
• Refreshing Training on Heat stress
• Refreshing Training on Confined space
• Mock drill on emergency bell in camp
• Mock drill on fire alarm raised in camp
• Refreshing training on operating fire extinguisher
• Zero injury working days as per the organization goal
• Zero accidents and major incidents related to vehicles
Responsibility as a Vehicle Supervisor
• Maintain vehicles.
• Daily checks, weekly checks & monthly checks
• Preparing Vehicle Management Plan
• Preparing Change Management Plan
• Monitoring Driver behavior
• Monitoring Vehicles by tracking website of over speeding, Speed SMS alerts.
• Maintain driver's performance record reporting to line manager every quarterly
• Maintain vehicle repair and accessories cost control
• Maintain Tyre Management Plan for vehicles
