Serves as a primary point of contact with real estate agencies, Market developer's organizations, funders in existing and new markets.

Identify and analyze exit strategies, such as refinancing or dispositions, to optimize investment returns and align with strategic objectives.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to identify emerging investment opportunities and potential risks.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market dynamics, demand drivers, and pricing trends.
Collaborate with the research team to gather and analyze data on market benchmarks, industry best practices, and investment benchmarks.
Prepare and present reports and presentations on market research findings, investment trends, and recommended strategies.
Administration responsibility to development budgetary proposals, schedules, and resource requirements.
Control responsibilities include equipment identifying and selection, design considerations, price negotiation, procurement, acceptance testing.

Plans for existing stores maintenance schedules and follow up in daily basis, make a regular reports for maintenance achievements and savings.

• Responsible to train the maintenance technicians and assist them in trouble shooting and difficult repairs
• Accountable for giving the best and most cost effective technical solution for any technical issue in any store.
• To assist in the planning of all preventive maintenance for all facilities
