Operational responsibilities for all aspects Health, Safety & Environmental administrative and medical issues in Dubai
- Liaison between Medical Leadership Team (IRAQ)/CSC (Houston) and employees receiving medical care in Dubai.
- Established relationship with multiple health care providers in Dubai for care of general & critical medical cases
- Provide policy direction and oversight of procedures to employees
- Daily update reports of employees to Medical Leadership Team
- Interface with Insurance providers & coordination of benefits with health care providers.
- Activation of cases/evacuation cases (AIG/Travel Guard/ MEDIVAC) - Interface with third party providers for repatriation of employees to Point of Origin.
- Conduct post accident/incident investigations to include follow timely incident reporting
- Conduct Drug and Alcohol testing
- Coordination of contractual physical requirements with a vendor for DFAC, HAZMAT, Vector and fire personnel
- Conduct orientation for new hires & also prepare the shift rosters for the team.
- Initiate TSTI (Total safety Task Instruction), Tool box topics, AHA (Activity Hazard Analysis) and other HSE tools
- Prepare monthly metrics and attend the supervisor staff conference call twice every month
