The Menzel Ledjmet East (MLE) gas field is a commercial project being jointly developed by Sonatrach (SH) and First Calgary Petroleums Ltd. (FCP) now
in the ENI asset. The MLE field lies within the Ledjmet Block 405b in the Berkine Basin of Algeria approximately 220 km south-east of Hassi Messaoud.
