From 29 July 2010 - Present - Hydropuls Technician/Fitter at VWSA on a contract basis.
I was employed as Technician to run Pedals in chamber and as time pass by I was doing almost everything.
I build test fixtures without drawings from my own designs.
Do CO2 and ARC welding.
Milling & Turning on manual machines, depends on what needs to be milled or turned.
Do Maintenance on all equipment in area for smooth operation.
If something brakes due to incompetence from my side we lose time, because all tests has a start and complete date.
I run tests on my own without supervision, I am told to do something and I do it.
The last few months I have been stipping cars completely and re-assemble them again.
I also got my Forklift licence at Product Engineering.
Responsible to move, load, unload anything in Workshop.
As you can see I am almost Jack of all trades.
From 01 January 2010 - June 2010 - Employed by MA Tooling as a Surface grinder and Turner on a contract basis.
Did all grinding work on steels that has been hardened.
Did manual turning, making copper welding nozzles for Robots.
From April 2009 - December 2009 - Employed by Rockland's Poultry Logistics as a Long Distance Code 14 Driver.
My duties was to deliver chicken all over South Africa.
You always have to be in time and most of all TRY to be first so that the customer can offload you first. That is quilty service provided.
The customer is always right, never argue because you might loose the customer.
You must have a good communication skill to keep everyone happy.

I did my own 2D programming on CNC machines. We only got copymilling programs from CAD office.
Apart from that I had to do my own setting up, drilling and milling.
My machine was the only machine that was used to machine cams for the dies.
We did press tooling for Germany.
Did manual milling and turning for VWSA and Goodyear.
Surface grinding - grind steel blades for cutting rubber.
