This was a multi-faceted role incorporating finance, customer service (both individual and corporates), Bounce Fit trainer and corporate social investment lead.
•Some of the responsibilities for finance included developing and implementing SOPs across all aspects of the role, being accountable for stock management processes, generating financial information from registered finance software.
•As customer service supervisor I was responsible for maintaining high levels of product knowledge, lead a team of 50 employees as well as induction and training for staff members
•Responsibilities as a corporate coordinator included developing, selling and costing bespoke corporate packages to clients and ensuring high quality, innovative events we delivered.
•Bounce Fit included implementation of the global program, recruitment and training of instructors, developing marketing material with the advertising team as well as all financial aspects of the program e.g., budgeting, invoicing
•Corporate Social Investment Lead was responsible for developing and delivering on the strategy, identifying worthy organizations that would be associated with the brand and all financial aspects of the program
