At present working for Golden Global Logistics LLC as Operations Executive RELO / SEA; since 12th Dec 2017 until present date.
Export:
 Coordinating for the documentation and the securing the custom authorized bayan details.
 Coordinating with PRO for timely appraisement of the shipment
 Organizing the Space Booking & Negotiation for discounts in Sea Freight with Shipping Line
 Effectively filing all the documents for the customs filing and timely planning the movement of the shipment.
 Preparation of HBL through company software.
 Giving shipping instructions to customers
 Sending pre-alert mail to overseas office with required documents for clearance in overseas office.
 Coordinating with the clients, overseas agent and the shipping line to file the MBL on time.
 Coordinating with the Transporter to arrange for the containers / vehicles.
 Tracking the shipment on execution and settling the payments at shipping line and the overseas agent.
 Shipment terms for the Relocation activities mostly Door to Door.


Import:
 Releasing green light to the shipments on securing the complete import custom
documents.
 Coordinating with the Shipping line to secure the Delivery documents to arrange the
release of the container.
 Liaising further with the custom team to secure the clearance as per the authorizations
arranged for the custom clearance and the delivery of the shipment.
 Coordinating with the client for the delivery of the shipment and also their
requirements at the time of delivery.
