Responsible of Finance, Accounting and Cost Control departments:

• In charge of Budgeting, Financial reporting, Treasury, Zakat/Tax, Banks relations, Payroll control.
• Enhancing the setup and reporting of Net Suite ERP system, proper interface with Revel (POS and
production) and Jisr (HR & Payroll).
• Ensure that concerned departments are all trained to and properly operating on the systems.
• Work closely with the GM and Owner to set the business plan, ensure forecasted ROI’s are
reached, profit margins are optimized and cash flow remains healthy.
• Periodical Financial reports with monthly operating dashboard, presentation with proper
analytical findings and recommendations.
• Implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures in
accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the Uniform System of
Account used in the hospitality industry (USA).
• Negotiate with banks for lines of credit or other financial services as required and appropriate.
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining a proper cost control department.

c. Maintain a good relation with the suppliers.
