Co-founded a private English school. Dual role of manager and lead English teacher. Managerial duties
include recruiting, training, and advising teachers and office staff. Conflict management and motivation.
Teaching duties include providing teaching guidance and mentorship to other teachers. Preparing
curriculums and lesson plans, evaluating and testing students` progress. Teaching all ages and levels,
supporting and guiding students towards their goals. Organising and engaging in social and extra-
curricular activities for both adults and children. Designing promotional material.
