Ensure that the Supply chain process functioned effectively to maximize opportunities and avoid costly delays.
Establish a strategic sourcing function, to support building Business development.
Manage vendor shipment specifications and ordering procedures.
Manage supplier performance to ensure corporate requirement of quality, reliability, and responsiveness. Coordinate placement of purchase orders to ensure material is delivered on time.
o Responsible for the warehouse operations, purchasing & coordination of products
o Dealing with suppliers, identifying potential suppliers source, screening them and negotiating payment terms
o Develop the organization’s budget, Determine the optimal allocation of customer’s project funds
o Deal with customers inquiry, and retain customer relationships
o Reporting and Analysis
o Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries o Analyzing inventory requirements, and insure to optimize the stock.
o Ensure the communication process with suppliers in Lebanon, and abroad.
o Deal with clients on daily basis for any problems or requirement regarding credit card.
o Negotiating a payment plan, responsible for Reducing bad debt on credit card products.
o Daily follow up with customers regarding online
use, or abroad usage of credit card.
