- Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint our target audience's preferences, needs, and purchasing behaviors.
- Manage order processing, including payment transfers, shipment processing, tracking, and order verification.
- Ensure consistent internal communication of the brands among team members and alignment of all brand guidelines.
- Oversee system management by uploading new references, creating purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle the invoicing process efficiently and issue Tax-Free documents as required.
- Monthly sales reports for each brand.
- Maintain open communication with suppliers to address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Manage inventory effectively by monitoring transfers between stock and boutiques.
- Coordinate closely with the boutiques to ensure seamless item availability and address any shortages.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers for after-sales support and addressing any inquiries
or concerns they may have.
- Identify potential candidates and assist in the recruitment process.
- Address employee requests related to human resources issues.
- Schedule and participate in HR events and projects.
- Update organization charts for every department.
- Provide relevant data for processing payroll, including absences, bonuses, and leaves.
- Assist with day-to-day HR functions and duties.
- Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.
