•Purchase price allocation and asset impairment assessment for Eroton E&P (closed) - Upon the acquisition of a major oil well by Eroton, I built PPA (Purchase Price Allocation) and asset impairment models for financial reporting purposes
•$3 B Transaction for an oil and gas asset acquisition and development project (active)- I worked on iterations of the transaction model, and prepared a comprehensive review report alongside a comfort letter
•Acquisition of two telecoms targets by a leading telecom company in Cameroun (Active) - I developed the transaction model, supported in preparing the information memorandum, carried out valuation of the target companies and determined a share exchange ratio
•$800 MM Transaction for a cable car project in Nigeria (active) - I developed a pitch book, worked on the transaction model, and prepared a comprehensive report and comfort letter for the transaction
Traded fixed income products in the Nigerian over the counter (OTC) fixed income market with a facility of about $ 5 MM
•Provided support to the asset management unit by developing various fixed income products marketed to clients
