• Delivering raw material SILO storage with a 60T polymer storage silo and full SCADA control, and polymer supply solutions including individual material handling on each injection moulder via a centralised vacuum system coupled with gravimetric dosing units
• Designing warehouse VNA (Very Narrow Aisle 2m) racking solution with 4500 pallet position and 12, 5m-high heavy-duty racking system; providing an in-rack independent fire sprinkler system involving full design of fire protection water tanks coupled with rain-water-harvesting sub tanks
• Designing and building upgrades to factory facility premises, to improve production/logistic flows
• Commissioning and rebuilding injection moulding machinery including top European machines and over 30 machines with clamping forces from 120T - 1300T
• Setting up full material compounding facility to provide polymer science solutions, mainly polyethylene and polypropylene, and complete pelletizing plants with both single screw and twin screw machinery
