Hands on experience with installation and commissioning of power plant analyzer like Silica, Sodium, Ammonium, chlorine from SWAN ANALYTICAL, at MEW Power plants such as Sabhiya, Doha east and Doha west and MINA ABDULLAH site for water distribution project.
Educating end user with the basic trouble shooting and maintenance procedures of analyzer so as to ensure seamless and error free connection to the DCS system at the particular power plant. Creating P & ID Drawing using AUTO CAD for project proposal & client submission
Comparing product specifications of various instruments such as pressure switches, gauges and controllers to meet goverment requirements

I have worked on a plant automation project for world famous hair oil maker, parachute owned by marico, goa in that particular plant i automated their plant via SCADA INTOUCH(v 10.0)
configured several devices in RS 485 network and communicated via MOD BUS tcp/ ip
Attended training at Invensys and phoenix contact for PLC programming and scada connectivity methods
performed plant visit to inspect field instruments, propose automation solution to various manufacturing plants
