Work in different phases of AGIP gas plant Upgrade from Construction to Operation, and handling different roles.These involve engineering modifications of static and rotary equipment of the AGIP gas plant viz; demolition, dismantling, Installation, Mechanical completion, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up and Maintenance of Static and Rotating equipment(Centrifugal and axial Compressor (single and multi- stages), Turbines, Pumps (positive displacement and Rotor-dynamics, ) valves, Heat Exchangers, Nitrogen Expander, Cooling tower, Cold boxes, Vessels, Reactors, Fired process Heaters, and Utility packages such as Nitrogen, Hydrogen and Oxygen Generation systems, Water treatment facility, fire hydrant systems, Sludge catcher, Hvac, Deluge system etc. Also dismantling, reinstallation of overhead crane and load Testing).
Other activities:
 Align with other discipline lead engineers to ensure correct implementation of design and its intent to maintain operational reliability and integrity.
 Carryout preventive maintenance and servicing of rotating and static packages under the use of best engineering practices, standards and codes; API 610, API617, API692, API 691, NACE e.t.c.
 Carryout troubleshooting and assessment of rotating equipment failures and root cause analysis (RCA), through the use of investigative tools (CMMS, SAP, FRACAS, TAPROOT e.t.c) and implement management of change.
 Provide technical supports to the maintenance team to enhance preventive maintenance strategies and checks along with predictive maintenance strategies and operation based maintenance checks.
 Propose changes in maintenance strategies implementation in order to support company’s vision of continuousimprovement throughout collaboration and people conversation and promote the application of HSE and Safety engineering, policies, standards, guidelines and international rule set.
 Proffer technical support to the operation team during the lifecycle of rotating equipment, analyzing their (KPI) performances, operative conditions and boundaries for safe operations and reliability.
 Follow up material traceability of Spares, Fittings, Instruments and confirm the final inspection in accordance with P&ID and GA drawings, under strict compliance ISO 9001:2002 QMS and Client’s specification,
 Review equipment technical “specifications” and “data sheets” and provide mentorship to lesser- experienced engineers, generate development plans for them, and assist them during the entire path of the process.
 Support construction, commissioning, start-up of static equipment at NAOC gas plant Improvement project, prepare equipment spare part list after startup, holdup inspection, mechanical completion work-down, coordination static equipment punch-list items and supervise closing of pending punch list.
 Close co-operation with other maintenance departments and contractors for determining root cause failures and proffering corrective actions.
