•Heading the Quality control department, leading a team of around 60

•Manage the quality audit function for site, and assure the effectiveness of the corrective and preventative action process within the framework of the plant’s Quality Management System.
•HACCP system implemented from Zero level and got certified by LRQA, & finally approved by the Dubai Municipality.
•Own the responsibility of quality and safety of products and the processing environment. This responsibility includes participation in the Crisis management involving products, and the on-going interpretation and reporting of information from our customers and consumers.
•Provide direction and influence for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of all quality systems.
•Quality systems & standards(SOP’s) implementation
•New lab set up for the newly built unit of Aujan Dubai, with regard to manpower, instruments, systems, & procedure for Bottle & Can line operation.
•Commissioning of newly built Can & Bottle line, from quality point of view.
•Commissioning of non-alcoholic beer line from the scratch with regard to the process & packaging - Trained in UK brewery
•Monthly Quality Index Reports & presentations to the management.
•Champion for MFG-Pro (ERP system) implementation for the plant.
