• ESP install / pulling services with Y tool, EFT connection, shrouds and splicing cable.
• Capable of starting ESP pump with WSP & Centrilift switch board and VSD.
• Diagnoses problems and recommends or implements appropriate solutions for surface problems including electrical problems, sand production, gas-locking pumps and insufficient fluid production.
• Have good knowledge in oil well commissioning through WSP VSDs and Switch Boards.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of Zenith sensor.
• Worked in PCP KUDU pumps installations, pull outs and commissioning.
• Worked in testing PCP pumps and rotor in the test bench.
• Operation and maintenance of Heavy crude oil pilot plant for crude oil production with Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP).
• Perform tool box talk before any job.
