• Assisted in the inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of HVAC, chilled water,
domestic water, and fire protection systems in high-rise residential buildings.
• Monitored building performance using the Building Management System (BMS) and supported
maintenance activities for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ERVs, pumps, valves, and piping systems.
• Conducted site inspections, verified mechanical and plumbing installations, documented maintenance
findings, and identified equipment issues and workplace hazards for corrective action.
• Applied engineering principles from thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and facilities maintenance to
