Supervise and manage a team of three employees in a start-up operation; provide effective consultation to the Tunisian Ministry of Health (TMoH), Ministry of Oil (TMoO), Ministry of Environment (TMoE), and Ministry of Solid Wastes (ANGeD). Responsible for the coordination of proper technology needed for waste management for ANGeD and the Tunisian Ministry of Health; research and identify opportunities for improvement to the Tunisian economy through environmental initiatives.
▪ Successfully advanced Square Trading; facilitated renewable energy technologies for $2M+ of solar panels, created 400+ new jobs, and helped develop rural areas such as Tataouine, Tunisia.
▪ Assisted in training and auditing with the African Development Bank (AFDB) and ensured compliance with rules and regulations on sustainability practices according to the United Nations.
▪ Successfully developed and balanced the project scope, estimated the cost, WBS, Risk plan, performed the earned value analysis of various projects in Tunisia including for a waste management project, private hospital, and alternative energy projects.
Negotiated volume and cost of various commodities including soybeans, D2, jet fuel, crude oil, and gold; serviced a portfolio of Sky High Capital clients and secured favorable terms for purchase. Developed new business opportunities and networked with marketplace suppliers and/or buyers; secured achievement of financial objectives and ensured adherence to operating procedures.
▪ Worked with banks and negotiated for sizeable payment types, paymaster(s), future options for the buyer’s benefit, cost of merchandise, and volume.
Played a key support role as an Intern for an organization that generated $20M+ in revenue though various investments; helped create private Swiss trust accounts for investors and trading platforms. Served as an enthusiastic participant in the development process of private banks; ensured achievement of operational and financial objectives.
▪ Attended and presented at a variety of gatherings including conferences and events comprised of midsize oil companies buying smaller enterprises.
Launched, owned, and operated a successful music records operation which generated over $195M in total revenue; managed daily operations and played a key role as a liaison and coordinator between clients and advertisers. Signed and managed multiple award-winning artists.
