Perform various activities including engineering reviews, budgeting, scheduling, staff management, and plan implementations. Administer and supervise different activities relating to the construction management and close out, ORAT interface, T&C and Close out documentation, contractor management, all coordinated around a smooth transition from construction to post take-over defects. Track daily progress and plan upcoming activities; moreover, adjusted priorities as needed, interface with client, sub-contractors, engineering and management.
•Took charge of role as Interface and Commissioning manager, supervising a team of Engineers in controlling cross package interface related issues and coordination matters; additionally, managed the process of testing and commissioning in the two airports, covering all main utilities, infrastructure, compromising the scope of 11 main Contracts.
•Managed various activities related to the upgrading of the Muscat airport including the operational opening of the new Code F runway, with the associated Taxiways and supporting facilities cover ATC, the Data centre, Security check points, Navigational Aids system, Air Traffic Management Systems, and all airport wide utilities.
•Completed construction in Salalah ensure safe operational use, by ensuring the buildings and facilities could be operated even if not fully completed. Generated Mitigation report to ensure the opening could be achieved whilst construction works were concluded, and T&C works commenced.

•Work scope including Design coordination with Client’s representatives, main contractors engineers and other package management teams on routing of services, cost savings and coordination of systems
•Design coordination for all SAS (special Airport systems) including technical rooms design, Alkatel Data and control systems, Arinc FIDS, BRS & CUTE systems and Siemens BHS and implementation of installation of containment and cabling works to meet the specification and all relevant local and international standards.
•Coordination with other system managers and close liaison with mechanical team with regards to system routing conformity to specification and programming of works.
Design and Co-ordination Engineer for the mechanical and electrical works for 2No 7 floors Marriott Hotels.
•Design input and supervision of all aspects of electrical and mechanical works from MV to ELV on electrical systems and from ventilation to plumbing on mechanical systems, contractual control of various electrical and mechanical sub-contractors and management of in house electrical and mechanical team.
•Factory testing of Electrical panels, generators, MV switchgear and lighting control system.
•Design coordination with Honeywell BMS and supervision of installation and commissioning of system
•Management and direct supervision of specialist commissioning company for mechanical systems.
•Supervised and conducted health and safety training to local staff prior to opening.
