Steven Thomson

• My main duties include managing and working with my
Architectural Team to ensure Programme targets are met, along
with adhering to all client quality checks and processes for
agreement and sign-off.
• I also manage various internal Fit-Out subcontractors chairing
weekly meetings and workshops to ensure all Design Deliverables
are achieved in addition to forecasting upcoming works.
• I have regular meetings and engagement with the Client and their
Design Team to discuss ongoing RFIs, Technical Submittals and
assist with compliance with local regulations.

• Splitting my time across multiple projects attending site, assisting
the project managers with their management and co-ordination of
each subcontractor.
