• Suzhou Industrial Park Time Square Suzhou,
China. Landscape design for approx. 420, 000m2
retail development based on an approved master
plan by HOK. The development contains high-end
retail, office and entertainment facilities (built).
• Nanchang CBD Financial Centre Nanchang,
China. A 30 ha mixed-use development including
a shopping centre, hotel, serviced apartments and
residential communities. It is designed to integrate
the contemporary aesthetics with the nature,
aiming to create a new life-style experience.
• Central Lumpini Gardens Masterplan Bangkok,
Thailand. A conceptual masterplan and
architecture for 6, 000, 000m2 of residential, retail,
hotel, office, museum and performance halls,
around a new public park, on a 27-hectare
redevelopment site redefining the heart of
Xiahe Wharf Urban Mixed-use Center, Xiamen,

community life as the central focus of a revitalized,

HK, a waterfront development option presented to
LEGCO to create a significant green space for the
centre of Hong Kong, SOM, 1997, AIA Urban

District, Putrajaya, Malaysia. A comprehensive
master plan for 23 acres site area. The
development is to design an attractive mix of
business and commercial components, in relation
to means of integrating nature and state-of-the-art

• Patong Seaboard Rebuilding Plan Phuket,
Thailand Disaster recovery and strategic
redevelopment plan for the tsunami-stricken coast
of Phuket, Thailand, at its most popular beach,
including public safety and economic catalyst
measures and building design guidelines.

dealing with sensitive harbourfront development

China. Competition entry for a riverside
masterplan focusing on protection and economic
enhancement along 23km of a confluence of three
rivers, connecting mountains and water with a
