Duties and Responsibilities
•Maintain and monitoring of Plant processing system and facilities such as;
•Production Section (Extraction, Preparation, Refinery, Lecithin), Boiler and compressors, Conveyors (Belt type, elevator type)
•Conduct troubleshooting in motor controls as per required in production and utility areas.
•Conduct preventive maintenance in motors, sensors and electrical control system.
•Directly reporting to Maintenance Engineer in order to arrange scheduled plan for preventive and corrective maintenance
Duties and Responsibilities
•Maintain and monitoring of Soft-Coating machine(Interpane AGC, Germany) in order to produce coated glass and auxiliary equipment such as; water treatment system, cooling water system, conveyors, tempering machines, washing machines, stacker and robotic machines
•Maintain and monitoring of Float glass machine(800MT/day) processing plant equipment such as; Furnace, Mixers, Batch Plant, conveyors, Blowers/Fan, Glass stacking machines and utilities
•Directly reporting to Maintenance Engineer in order to arrange scheduled plan for preventive and corrective maintenance
•Other responsibilities included: Monitoring and participating in operations in process sections

Duties and Responsibilities
•Maintain and monitoring of Electrical system of Plant facilities such as; High voltage Switchgear, 3x1000kva 13.8Kv/400v transformers, low voltage switchgear, distribution panels, and lighting system
•Responsible in energizing/de-energizing of high and low voltage switchgear
•Diagnose malfunctioning system, motor control, using test equipment to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
•Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment, or repair and to ensure compliance with codes
•Involve in the preventive, corrective, and break-down maintenance of Plant facilities
•Oil refinery plant - Steam Boilers, process pumps (centrifugal & multi stage), pneumatic valves Process variables (pressure switch & gauges, flow meters, transmitters)
•Manufacturing Plant - Fillers, product conveyors, gear box, hydraulic and pneumatic system, fan blowers, wrapping machines, industrial heaters, Blow mould machines(BBM)
•Utility Equipment - Air compressors (Atlas Copco), hot water pumps, fire fighting system and fire alarm system.
Cleaning, greasing, overhauling in pumps and motor, change oil in hydraulic system, replace defective parts in hydraulic and pneumatic system.
•Troubleshooting in control system which involved PLC and variable frequency drives.
•Rectifies electrical and control circuits as per system/machine operation required
-Charged in the functional preparation (electrical, mechanical) of the system for commissioning.
•In-Charged in testing and Commissioning of the System.
•Rectifying Electrical circuits and controls (PLC program, relaying, interlocking) as per system/client required.
•Troubleshooting of motor controls, Frequency drives, Level transmitter, pressure switch, and sensors.
•Responsible in installation of Electrical Panel board(MCC), motors and auxiliary equipment of the Water Treatment system, Reverse Osmosis, Fire fighting system, Sewage System, Swimming Pools, and Water Features(Fountains, Lagoons, Jacuzzi, etc.).
•Responsible in Laying-Out cables, Raceways (Cable Trays), and Termination.
•Responsible in installation and setting of the equipment such as; Ozone Generators, UV Sterilizer, Chemical controllers (PH, ORP, TDS, etc.), motorized valves, pressure switches, Level Transmitter, Wind controllers, Fiber optic generators, Electronic Controlled Filters(sand filters, carbon filters, softeners, & diatomite filters), Industrial heaters and sensors.
for the monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment such as:
•DIESEL- ENGINE GENERATORS: Three Detroit1000kva, two 300kva Cummins, three 500kva Cummins.
• AIR COMPRESSORS: 760cfm engine type, 50HP electric two stage screw type, diesel-engine compressors.
•PIPE MILLING MACHINES: Spiral Wilson Byard Model SP3200
Other support machines such as plasma cutting machines, Diesel-Engine Welding Machines, CNC cutting machines, Sub arc welding machines, CO/MIG/MAG welding machines, gantry
•cranes 30Tons/10Tons, and other mechanical equipments like hydraulics, Pneumatics reducer gearbox and Machining equipments.
•Responsible for maintenance schedules.
•Responsible for engineering assistance to all production sections regarding technical information
