Jeddah United Sports Company (JUSC) has been established to promote health and sports among children and youth.

Accomplishments:
• Played a vital role in establishing a Social and Sports Club for adolescents with intellectual disabilities.
• Instrumental in setting-up the trainer training center for meeting complex array of special needs and effective case management.
• Steered training workshops to organize the environment of individuals with special needs and provide family support for parents.
• Planned and conducted workshops to train the trainer, personality building program for individuals with growth difficulties.
• Accredited with “Ideal Mother award” in the western region of the Kingdom in the year 2007.
• Speaker at many Special Needs Rehabilitation, demonstrated wealth of knowledge about child development, family relationships, and mental health.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serving as Behavioral Instructor for the basketball and football teams of the disabled, ensuring individuals with disabilities get an equal opportunity to participate alongside their peers in athletics and clubs.
• Proffering strategic guidance on enhancing opportunities for children and youth with disabilities and ensuring they get the chance to benefit from playing sports.
• Assessing individuals by interpreting diagnostic tests and findings to determine their specific strengths and weaknesses, modifying regular programs and determining goals on the basis of the individual’s need.
• Reviewing assessments and observations; identifying specific cognitive, physical or emotional/ behavioral disabilities. Implementing techniques based in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Expounding/executing lessons, making provision for specialized physical adaptations that allow individuals to participate in the sports environment to the fullest extent possible.
• Reviewing, restructuring and innovating thematic processes/ methodologies, adapting specialized teaching techniques, ensuring methods of teaching benefits individuals.
• Organizing workshops, aimed at enhancing gross and fine motor as well as communication skills through play-way methodology in children and adolescents with special needs.

Accomplishments:
• Supervised sports courses in Princess Fozia Center in 2013, facilitated in finding the Kids Hyperactivity Football Team in 2013.
• Translated and resourcefulness conducted a sports course in Deaf-Mute Center in 2014.
• Successfully Counselled normal clients for self development and enhanced problem solving skills.
• Designed and administrated programs for group homes for teens and adults with troubled environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting group counseling sessions, support groups, informational counseling sessions, awareness sessions, individual counseling, couples counseling, emotional support as well as quality of life sessions.
• Attending stress management issues, working mothers conflicts and challenges, adjusting expectations, acceptance and adaptation, depression, understanding and handling problematic behavior, grief counseling, marital guidance, managing family dynamics and siblings rivalry.
• Collecting information about individuals or clients, using interviews, case histories, observational techniques, and other assessment methods.
• Developing treatment plans based on clients' interests, abilities and needs, resources or techniques, and sharing occupational information.
• Offering advocacy and supporting parent’s emotional needs and assisting families to deal with and raise special kids. Using assessment tools to measure the parents stress level, as well as the child’s developmental milestones.
• Facilitating parents/guardians with available medical resources and latest teaching aids enabling them to provide extra care and normal childhood for children.
• Conducting research to develop or improve diagnostic or therapeutic counseling techniques.

Accomplishments:
• Participated in the foundation and training of Abjad basketball team for The Special Needs in 2009 - 2014.
• Served as a Case Manager, demonstrated expertise in home ergonomics of disability, head injures and alzheimer patient, in addition to family trying to cope with the diagnosis.
• Evaluated behavior to increase appropriate and decrease inappropriate behavior as well as counseled for developing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provided behavior modification, counseling, and supervision to children and adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties.
• Trained and supervised staff providing direct-care services, including case management, counseling, crisis intervention, medication monitoring, documentation, and development of individual rehabilitation plans.
• Led weekly staff meetings attended by the residential team, licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and liaisons from the supported employment and life skills program.
• Led provider meetings attended by family, treatment providers, and other members of the multi-disciplinary team to address treatment issues and improve coordination of care.
• Assessed consumers in crisis to evaluate and obtain appropriate level of services.
• Developed procedures manual for staff within the daycare center. Facilitated daily group meetings on the treatment unit, completed shift reports and charted behaviors.
